Register to gain access to Retirement Fund Web.

To register to access Retirement Fund Web a form must be completed in full and faxed or emailed to the RFW Support team.
Registration by this process offers our clients the maximum security and control over sensitive personal information.

Administration registration

Full access to information of all or selected members of the fund. Can perform transactions on member records.
  • The Administrator must complete, in full, the section marked Applicant.
  • In the row titled Access Required, please tick the box labeled Administrator.
  • In the row titled Employer Group(s), please list the Employee Groups for which you require access in the column provided.
  • The person approving the application, must complete in full, the section marked Applicant Approval.

Viewer registration

View access to information of all or selected members of the fund.
  • The Viewer must complete, in full, the section marked Applicant.
  • In the row titled Access Required, please tick the box labeled Viewer.
  • In the row titled Employer Group(s), please list the Employee Groups for which you require access in the column provided.
  • The person approving the application, must complete in full, the section marked Applicant Approval.

Financial institutions registration

View access to information of all or selected members of the fund.
  • The Financial Institution must complete, in full, the section marked Applicant.
  • In the row titled Participating Employer Group(s), please list the Employee Groups for which you require access in the column provided.
  • The person approving the application, must complete in full, the section marked Approval Section for applicant.
